Hello,
I’m so sorry, but I need to postpone today’s retreat - I’ve come down with a horrible cold, and I could limp through it, but it won’t be pleasant for anyone concerned. You probably wouldn’t find it very soothing to watch me repeatedly sneeze and blow my nose.
I will instead run the event in a month’s time, on Saturday 18th October, 4-7pm UK time (find your local time here).
Thanks for understanding. Can I leave you with a September poem instead?

September
by Grace Paley
Then the flowers became very wild
because it was early September
and they had nothing to lose
they tossed their colors every
which way over the garden wall
splattering the lawn shoving their
wild orange red rain-disheveled faces
into my window without shame
Take care,
Katherine
